If you, as a visitor to Wine Cloud, elect to register to use Wine Cloud (e.g. to pour, rate or review wine) then we will collect your name and email address.
Should you choose to register or sign in using Facebook connect, we will collect your first and last names, email address, Facebook profile picture and any information that you have chosen to make public on Facebook including name, age, location.

Wine Cloud business customers, i.e. wine shops, merchants or event organisers who have purchased the Wine Cloud software. These companies will have access to your data because you will be using Wine Cloud in their premises or at one of their events. However, data is not shared between all of our customers, and only customers whose venue you attend will have access to your data.
In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
If Wine Cloud or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers, with sensitive information encrypted, salted and hashed. Any payment transactions will be handled by Stripe, certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
